Thomas Rzasa is a Finance and Accounting major at Butler University’s Lacy School of Business, where he is pursuing his degree as part of the Class of 2028. Originally from Morris, Illinois, Thomas brings a strong foundation in financial analysis, real estate private equity, and capital structure analysis to his work.
Thomas has built a robust and varied résumé across the finance industry. He was previously a Wealth Advisory Intern at Horizon CPA Services and a Real Estate Private Equity Intern with Project Destined. His prior experience includes roles as an Investment Research Analyst at EarlyBird, a Private Equity Analyst at Paradigm Shift Media, and a Financial Planning Summer Analyst on the Business Advisory team at GIS Benefits, Inc.
He has further sharpened his technical skills through several professional certifications, including Bloomberg Market Concepts, the Investment Foundations® Certificate, FMI Foundations in Financial Modeling, and Envestnet On Campus. Thomas is a graduate of Joliet Catholic Academy.
