Lisa brings more than thirty years of accounting and tax experience to Filotto, with a career spanning public accounting firms, manufacturing, and small businesses. She specializes in financial statement preparation, general ledger analysis and reconciliation, month and year‑end close, and the full range of payroll and sales tax compliance work.
Lisa has prepared federal and state income tax returns for corporations, partnerships, not‑for‑profits, and individuals, and has handled tax planning, problem resolution with taxing authorities, and payroll administration for companies with 150+ employees.
She is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and works fluently in QuickBooks Online and Desktop, SAP, Thomson Reuters Accounting CS, Lacerte, and ADP. Lisa is currently preparing for the IRS Enrolled Agent exam, which will further expand the tax representation services she can offer our clients.
Lisa studied accounting at Joliet Junior College and is based in the Joliet area.
