Henry joins the Filotto Professional Services team as an Administrative Assistant, bringing strong organizational skills and a customer-first approach to supporting clients and staff. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance at Lewis University, where he was awarded the Presidential Scholarship and the Lasallian Scholarship.
Before joining the firm, Henry gained hands-on business experience with the Joliet City Center Partnership, first as a Marketing and Events Intern and later as a Business Strategy Intern. He also took part in the JTHS CEO Program, an experiential learning program that pairs students with local business leaders to build problem-solving, communication, and professional skills. His customer service background includes roles at Menards and with the Joliet Slammers, where he handled high-volume transactions with accuracy and care.
A graduate of Joliet West High School, Henry was named an Illinois State Scholar and Outstanding Senior in Business. He served as President of the school’s Key Club, where he led service and fundraising events such as Trunk or Treat for UNICEF, coordinating volunteers and managing projects from start to finish.
